I had the opportunity to review some BIC products through a company called Shoplet check out their site here! They are an online company that you can purchase office supplies from for a fairly reasonable price. Anywho! On to the products! I was sent three packs of pens, a whiteout tape and some permanent markers. Since I have already written a review on the markers I will tell you about everything else I got. The box of Velocity gel pens which I promptly took with me to work since we are always losing pens there! They write smoothly on all paper except receipt paper.. So if you are looking for pens that will work on receipts.. These are not for you! They are inexpensive gel pens that would work in an office though and I love having them on my desk for when I am writing my reviews or ideas down. (I always write them on paper before typing them up to make sure it looks right before posting it.) I will admit… When I saw the Bic for her pens.. I laughed.. I couldn’t help it.. I mean come on! What is wrong with women using the same pens as men? I have used the same pens for years and never thought.. Aww man! I wish I had a pen for ladies! However.. I did use them. I liked them for work because they wrote on reciept paper with no problem and it was fairly funny seeing these big burly construction worker men writing with a pink or purple pen. I got a ton of questions and looks over them too before they to disappeared from work. The white-out tape was ok, I’m not a huge fan of the whiteout tape because I always seem to get it would around itself or I have to use several layers to white anything out. This one didn’t seem to have that problem.. But its only been a few weeks.. Let it sit in my desk for a bit and I’m sure I’ll end up ruining it somehow! The Mark-it Markers I absolutely adore! and you can read my review of those here! Overall I was very pleased with the products from Shoplet and I can’t wait to see what else they send us!
So for those that have never met me, I am currently 5 foot 3 inches tall, and I have had to use stool’s my entire life. I fully expected my daughter to be petite like me. She is almost half my height at the moment however and she is almost 2! Anyway, she is still too short to do things like reach the sink, get on our bed, or climb on the couch. And she is in the stage where she wants to be very independent so doesn’t want us to pick her up to put her where she wants to go. So, when given the opportunity to try out Nuby brand’s non-slip children’s stool I took them up on it in a heart beat!
I love the vibrant bold colors of the stool! I was expecting them to send me something super girly and pink so I was pleasantly surprised to get a bright red, blue and green colored stool! Arianna’s favorite color is red so it was a great choice! Arianna has been carrying it around the house and standing on it to get to EVERYTHING! Including things she shouldn’t be! (the joys of having a headstrong daughter) Anyway, I was a little worried about the stool when I first got it because the bottom doesn’t seem sticky at all. That is the only way I can think to describe it, a lot of children’s stools that I have seen in stores have a nonslip padding on the bottom that is a little sticky feeling, or sinks down and grips the floor or surface when it is stepped on. This one doesn’t have that so I was a little worried when I put it on the ground and it seems to slide pretty easily. Arianna is only 18 months old, and still wobbly on her feet sometimes. However, my worry was for nothing. As soon as she stepped on the stool it stuck to the floor. I like how portable it is, and how much freedom it gave her. She loves that she can carry it around and get where she needs to go (and where she doesn’t need to!) I love that it doesn’t slip around and how small it is. Overall I have been very pleased with this stool and I can’t wait to see what else Nuby has to offer! (I tried to get a picture of her on it, but she is being shy with the camera lately and hides her face and runs away when she see’s the camera!)
So I have been wanting to take Arianna (my daughter for those of you who are new to reading my blog) to Build-A-Bear for awhile but honestly was a little intimidated by it! All the pretty rows of clothes and shoes, and all the kids running around. I just knew that Arianna is the type of kid that would go in and want to pull everything off the shelves, push the other kids down, and end up throwing a temper tantrum when I tried to make her leave. Well I took the chance finally! I was given the incredible opportunity to go to my local Build-A-Bear during their Princess Bear Event this past weekend and I have to admit that we had a TON of fun. (And Arianna didn’t push anyone down or take anything off the shelves!)
When we first walked in the door I was greeted by a wonderful associate named Crystal (Same as me!) who walked us through the store showing us the different stations and what we would be doing in each. Like stuffing the bear, giving it a “bath”, getting it dressed, and then making a birth certificate for it too! She made it very personal for Arianna by calling her by name, making sure to talk to her and not just to us as her parents, and helping her with even the little things we hadn’t thought of after getting her bear dressed like underwear and a princess wand! She even got a paper princess crown that they helped her decorate for herself!So here is what we did and some pictures and a short video to show you guys just how cute Arianna was trying to pick out her bear. (She didn’t want to give the bear shell up so it could be filled!) `

We had so much fun creating her first bear that I think she already wants to go back! We passed the store yesterday after I got off work and she started pointing and “talking” and got upset when we didn’t stop. She usually gets bored with new games or toys easily but is still hugging and playing with her princess bear! We can’t wait to go build another one with her! I like the idea of doing a Build-a-Bear Birthday party for Arianna’s Second birthday that is coming up, we got to see a party while I we were there and it looks like a ton of fun!

I am by no means an avid coffee drinker but I do have to say that if I had to choose one of the K-cup brands for coffee I would choose “Green Mountain Coffee.” They have many different flavors and strengths to choose from. Though the ones that I got a chance to try is a new blend that I had not heard of. It is a smooth flavorful blend called the “Wellness Collection” that is good for focus, and antioxidants. I am glad they gave me an opportunity to try this brew because if I am going to drink coffee I am pretty set in my ways. In other words if I was not given this opportunity I probably would not have tried this blend. But I am glad I did. It is even better that you can get something a little healthier then just your standard coffee. I mean why not get a little does of health with your morning java.
Now I do have to say that ever since I got my Keurig I have tried a lot of different coffees, and that the one company that I have liked more of their flavors then not is Green Mountain Coffee. I am a fan of the great flavors, aromas, and variety that they offer and at a competitive price. Being able to just toss a cup in and hit the brew button and there you go a great cup of coffee every time. I will and have recommended this companies products to all of my friends and family who have a Keurig as well. I am happy that they gave me the opportunity to write a review for them and I would love to do so again.

I have been nothing but pleased with Vinyl Disorder products! This will be my third review for this company and each time I have gotten a quality product, the perfect item, and exactly what I have asked for. That is saying something from a vinyl company! I have worked with several others and have been less then pleased with what I have received. Either the wrong product, the wrong color, or it was very thin and stretched when I tried to put it on the wall etc. Vinyl disorder has not been like that AT ALL! The color is exactly like it looked online, the design is exactly like it looked when I picked it off their site, and it was super easy to install on my car! I received the Skull family design and I used 3 of the 4 family pieces on the side window of my car. One for me, one for my fiance and one for little Arianna. I loved the design! Simple, cute and so very me! The only problem I ran into with this one was the little bones pieces were harder to get off the transfer paper because of the size. I think if they were a little larger it would have been easier (I chose the size.. Not them so it was my own fault for the size). They have some cute ones! I loved mine, but they have hundreds of other choices! Like Sponge Bob! Zombies! and Witches! So if you are looking for a quality Vinyl, then you should check these guys out!

I have these rough dry patches on my arms and my daughter seems to have inherited them from me and has a few on her legs. She has ever since she was born and I have done everything I could think of to try to get rid of it. Up till now.. Nothing has worked. I have to say though, from day one of using this creme I have noticed a difference. The patches on my arm have smoothed out and aren’t as rough, my skin doesn’t feel as dry and I love the way my skin feels now. I used it on myself before trying it on my daughter just because I wanted to see how it worked and to see if I would have a reaction to it before attempting to put anything on her sensitive skin. I haven’t used it on her leg yet, but plan on it now that I see it works for me. The company sent me a full size lotion, a lotion bar, and a chapstick. I have to say all three have worked better then any product I have bought over the counter at my local drug store. My skin drank it in like it was starving and I even like the scent!
I also LOVE the chapstick! I have really bad chapped lips during the winter usually and nothing really works for me because I get REALLY REALLY bad cold sores when my lips chap and break. And it seems like the more chapstick I put on it usually the worse they get. I have tried probably 10 or more different brands of chapstick trying to find one that not only worked, but didn’t make my lips worse. I have used this for about a week and my lips are softer, and don’t feel chapped anymore! I love the way it makes my lips feel, and the fact that the company uses all natural, FOODGRADE materials in all of their products! Seriously, this is what will make me go back to the company.. Not only that it works, but the fact that I love that I can eat it if I want to and it won’t hurt me.
My daughter seems to think that mommy is a popscicle usually and is always licking, biting, or otherwise tasting my skin in some way. I am very careful about what I put on my skin because of this, so I REALLY like that if she gets this in her mouth it won’t hurt her like some of the other beauty products I have seen. I mean really! Have you read some of the warnings on most lotions? I agree with the company that if its not something I would eat then I shouldn’t be putting it on my body. If you love all natural beauty products then you should check out this company! The lotion can be used for a variety of skin problems from dry skin, to diaper rash, to poison ivy exposure!

MOH Memory on hand bracelets are pretty cool. I must be behind the times because I went on ebay to see if I could find more of them to give as gifts since I thought they were so cool and found hundred of different styles and brands! I personally liked the ones I received, whoever would have thought of a hard-drive on a bracelet? I liked the tie dye one and Ian liked the bright greenish yellow one we got. We liked that they were big enough to store pictures and important files on in case while we are out we need something like a resume, or want to trade pictures of our daughter with family. The only problem we had is that Ian has thick wrists so his kept popping open and not staying on properly. Mine on the other hand was almost too big. (we tried to trade, didn’t work because they are the same size) so one size doesn’t really fit all. I have very small wrists, about 6 inches around and his are fairly large around 8.5 inches. So if you have normal sized wrists then you should be fine. We received a 4gb and a 2gb hard drive and we thought they were the perfect size hard drive for simple on the go files. He took the bigger one since he usually has more files then I do.

Kidorable Kids Rain Coat and Boots Review
Author: Crystal // Category: Holiday Guide, ReviewsKidorable is a company that prior to reading another blogger’s review of them I had never heard of. However I talked to my friend who did the review of their products and she told me that they were a great company to work with, had amazing quality products and that she couldn’t have been more pleased with the products she was sent. Now, I live in Washington, near Seattle and it rains here so much! So when I was checking out the site and saw they had ADORABLE Raincoats and Boots! Arianna has been walking around for about 6 months and she is at the point that she is very independent! I love her to death, but she is very very touchy about being on her own! She is 18 months old and to me she is still my baby. I miss the times when she would let me sit her on my lap and cuddle for hours. But anyway, I loved the way the raincoats, boots, and hanger all matched. They have a bunch of other stuff too, like scarves, hats, gloves, umbrella’s and backpacks!
We received one of their Lucky Cat Rain Coats, and matching boots! Arianna LOVES the rain, but I hate changing her out of soaked clothes and shoes so I rarely let her go out while it rains. So the first thing I did when I got the box from Kidorable was dress her up in her new raincoat and boots and let her go outside to play! She ran around, stomped in puddles, fell down, got back up, ran around some more then came up to me with this look like “come on mom!” Grabbed my hand and pulled me from under the overhang that I was standing in watching her and ran around pulling me behind her. We had so much fun! Mommy got soaked, and Arianna’s pants got wet from falling down but otherwise she was dry! It was a quick diaper and pants change and she was ready to go back to playing in her toy box!
I love the quality of the raincoat, its thick, waterproof, and super cute. Same with the boots, they are made of the same material and they fit perfectly. She has tried several times to put them on herself so she can go out when she realized that every time mommy puts her boots and jacket on she goes out to play in the rain. The coat is a little big, but it just means that she can grow into it and use it for longer! We roll the sleeves up and off she goes!
The picture isn’t the best because she wouldn’t stand still for it. But I will post a picture of both, her blurry in the outfit and the one without her in it to show you what its supposed to look like if she was standing still!

Arianna (my daughter) is coming to the age where I want her mind to be working out problems and trying to figure things out. I want her to keep her active and learning instead of watching TV and being lazy like a lot of kids nowadays. So when asked if I wanted to do a review of BeginAgain toys I jumped at the opportunity! I love that they use recycled and plant based materials to create new toys for kids to play with. And that they are so adorable! I love that they are REAL toys! No electronics, No Batteries, just imagination and your child playing with it.
This is what the company has to say about their toys
Introducing “A WISH” for Well balanced play:

W – is for the writer. Children are natural storytellers and these toys help develop communication and confidence. Here you can find role play and character playsets.

B – is for the beginner. The toys for beginners help with fine motor skills like grabbing, stacking, and pushing for our next generation of inventors!
Since Arianna is still so young I chose Inventor and their Butterfly A to Z Puzzle for her. It is still a little old for her, she doesn’t know her ABC’S yet, but she still enjoys playing with the puzzle and trying to put the pieces back together. I like that she can chew on it without worring about the paint, or her breaking it. The puzzle is made of Rubber wood so the most she has been able to do is put a few teeth marks in the finish of the stain on the pieces. She has enjoyed trying her best to put them back together and LOVES to destroy the finished puzzle again when I help her put the pieces in the right order. I look forward to helping her learn her ABC’s with it in the near future. I definitely plan on buying her several of the other toys for her as she gets older!
This was another of the dolls I gave to the girls I am sponsoring for Christmas so I will have an update on how they like them and with some pictures of the girls with them (hopefully) in January. But from what I saw the doll looks cool! It would have been something I would have wanted as a kid! I mean come on! It lights up in 3 different colors, looks cool, has glass eyes and the packaging turns into a crown for the little girls! It is also inexpensive so it doesn’t break the parents wallet! I have so far loved everything I have gotten from MGA Entertainment and I can’t wait till Arianna is old enough to play with some of the dolls!
Doll Features:
• I light up!
• Alie Lectric has a translucent green body that lights up in 3 cosmic colors, red, yellow
and green!
• Kids can activate Alie Lectric by pushing the button on her backpack to see her light up
• Pink glitter glass eyes with a heart icon iris and celestial glitter eyelashes.
• Alie has heart-shaped antennaes and a stellar hair bow that is out of this world!
• Accessories include:
* 1-Package handle becomes an “antenna” headband for girls
* 1- Pet named Hi-Def
* 1- Glow-in-the dark doll stand
