So this is a basic Peanut Butter and Chocolate Frosting, I use this on a ton of different cupcakes, cakes, and yes.. Even waffles! (And I wonder why my butt keeps growing!) If you have any questions let me know! I have a recipe for the Cupcake that goes with this here!
Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Yield: about 1-1/2 cups
1 portion Peanut Butter Icing
4 ounces milk chocolate, melted
Beat the Peanut Butter Icing and milk chocolate with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined. If necessary, beat in additional powdered sugar or milk until frosting reaches a piping consistency. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.

Allow cream cheese to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
